The Woodlawn Cardinals, coached by Mr. Tom Copple had a season record of 19-6. The Cardinals were Mid-South Conference co-champion as they ended the season tied with Norris City Omaha.
The team places fifth in the Conrad Allen Tournament at Wayne City with Brian Mitchell and Scott Owens named to the all-tournament team.
Scott Owens and Brian Mitchell were named to the Mid-South all-conference team. Scott Owens was selected to the All-South team by Honorable Mention by the Associated Press.
